A couple of early adopters of MyDC4.0 brought a couple of defects to our attention.  We've corrected these defects (listed in the MyDC 4.0 Update Release Notes) and we've replaced the download on the portal, so that no future MyDC 4.0 users will experience those couple of issues (only two reported).

The new download is now available on the MyDC Updates | MyDC v4.0 for PSI v13.0 page.

MyDC 4.0 is now available (only compatible with PSI 13.0.1 and above).

MyDC is an EFI™ application for recording transactions on the shop floor using a Web browser on a Windows, Linux, or Macintosh computer. When employees record transactions using MyDC, the information is stored in your PSI database. Schedulers, estimators, and other production personnel can therefore check job status and job costing information in order to estimate and schedule jobs, and set proper rates.

The information recorded in MyDC also means that:

·          Schedulers can be more efficient in establishing the daily work schedule.

·          Customer support representatives can tell their customers when jobs will be completed.

·          Managers and supervisors can check job performance and run departments more efficiently.

MyDC is for anyone who needs to record their activities on a production floor. Those using MyDC could include printing pre-press personnel, estimators, managers, and system administrators.

3/1/2010 – PSI v13.0.4 is now Available.

We are pleased to announce that PSI v13.0.4 is now Available. We will give customers who have filled out a  PSI v13.0 Request Form access to the Updates page within a day or two (except weekends).  If you have not already filled out and submitted a  PSI v13.0 Request Form, please do so now. After we review your Request Form, we will make our recommendations for preparing your company for this upgrade. 

All verified active users may now access the documentation section for this release on the PSI v13.0 Updates page. Here you can find release notes, hardware recommendations, what’s new and other helpful documentation.

MyDC Performance Hot Fix is now available for PSI v11.2.4, v12.0.x and v12.1.x.  If you previously downloaded the v12.0.x or v12.1.x release, please download the latest fix, associated to your SQL version, and reapply the hot fix.  We found that we needed a separate fix for SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 and have corrected this with the latest download.
