Our implementation program has been carefully designed to get you up and running in PSI's Management System as quickly and efficiently as possible. Through a combination of classroom, on-site and remote training we can offer you the assistance you require to optimize your PSI Implementation.

Different businesses have different needs. Our implementation service offerings reflect that. Training plans, process design, configuration analysis, and general project management will be tailored to offer as much or as little assistance as you require.

On-Site Visits

Working with a PSI Senior Consultant, you will develop a project outline that carefully details the steps needed for a successful implementation. The Consultant will guide you in identification of our implementation team members and assignments of timelined tasks.
This project outline will include a schedule for your initial onsite implementation training, as well as any subsequent training visits.
Prior to the initial onsite visit you should have already installed your software and ensured that your systems and network are fully functional.

If you purchased the Onsite Services Package for your implementation the first visit from your PSI Consultant will be the Getting Acquainted onsite class. This class will provide you with a full introduction of the implementation process and assist you in development of your PSI standards.

If you have previously attended the PSI Getting Acquainted Class in Pittsburgh, you should already have begun development of your standards. Having a basic outline of your Departments, Cost Centers and Processes will ensure that get the most from you Standards/Estimating training visit.

Our Consultants routinely work on a daily schedule of 9-5. However, should you require an early start or later finish you can work with the Consultant on adjusting the schedule based on their availability. Please be sure and allocate time for these onsites from you daily schedule. Although we are aware that your first prioroty is always getting the business of printing done, you will get the most value from the training if you can limit the amount of interuptions caused by daily business. Your PSI Consultant can work with you to develop a hourly schedule of the training that allows you to manage your resources during this onsite time.
